Looking for proven investment professionals in Asian Real Estate.

Our client, an Asian fund house, is looking for proven investment professionals with a focus on the Real Estate sector within Asia.

Job Description:

• Originate, evaluate, execute and close real estate investment opportunities in Asia
• Depending on experience, to lead a team to do due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, analysis and performance evaluation of real estate investments
• Fund raising
• Active monitoring and review of portfolio
• Establish and cultivate relationships with companies, corporate partners and other relevant institutions
• Travel will be required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Accountancy / Real Estate
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Real estate investment experience is mandatory
• Experience in REITs will be advantageous
• Those with CFA will be preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical abilities
• Strong in financial modelling skills
• Willingness to travel
