The role will involve: •Developing and delivering internal communication plans to support the business strategy with support from your Line Manager. •Setting up, deliver and maintain communication processes that improve employee engagement and support employee understanding and business priorities and performance. •Designing new approaches to internal communication challenges. •Developing and implementing internal communication campaigns based on common and agreed objectives. •Collecting, assessing and communicating accurate and prompt information across the Company. •Supporting and co-ordinating development of internal communication tools (including the Intranet). •Producing clear and simple copy of a high standard suitable for a multicultural and multilingual audience. •Co-ordinating, organising and communicating internal events. •Creating and maintaining mechanisms for gathering employee feedback; measure effectiveness of campaigns and transmit results. The successful Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a similar role, with good communication and organisational skills. He/she needs to be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Strong computing skills are also a requirement. English mother tongue or a fluent speaker is essential. Any other European languages such as Dutch, German, French and Italian would be considered to be beneficial.
