Overview:

The Leadership Institute plays a crucial role in the introduction of human capital management processes, the development of future and current senior leaders, and the effectiveness of management development in the Region. The main task of the future incumbent will focus on all aspects of human capital management to maximize the overall Leadership Institute contribution to the senior management and the firm, this includes key topic areas such as strategic advice on Human Capital Management to senior management based on HCM metrics and their meaningful interpretation, supports the line with their assessment requests, the implementation of actions based on the employee survey, plays a active role for a smooth run of the MDEC in Asia.

In order to do so, he/she will interact closely with the line, HRBPs, LCD, Corporate Communication, the LBPs and others. In addition to that he/she will be involved in other Leadership Institute APAC activities such as e.g. Center of Competence in Coaching/Mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic advice to HRBPs, senior management, LBPs and others of all divisions on Human Capital Management
  • Workes closely with HRBPs, divisional/regional process experts and peers in L&D functions to devise initiatives that support the business and HR strategy
  • monitors HCM standardization / continuous improvement in terms of processes and infrastructure
  • consults the HRBPs, senior management, LBPs on assessments and 360 feedback
  • consults and supports the divisions to launch and implement actions following employee surveys
  • is an active partner to support a smooth launch of the MDEC in APAC
  • is an active advisor to the HRBPs, LBPs and where adequate to the line for all offerings of the Leadership Institute in APAC (e.g. Coaching/Mentoring)
  • Requirements:

  • minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience as HR and/or L&D professional with focus on Human Capital Management
  • experience in performance & talent management, with Engagement surveys, in 360 feedback facilitation
  • international working experience is desirable
  • work experiences in the financial industry / international banking
  • experience as an assessor - in coaching / mentoring
  • working experience in APAC
  • strong client focus, especially in stakeholder management
  • proven capability in workshop facilitation and project management
  • good analytical and conceptual abilities
  • strong team player
  • proficiency with MS Office
