In order to re-enforce our dynamic team in Luxembourg we currently seek a:

DYNAMIC RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

 Job description :

-         Contact & search for candidates through different recruitment channels.

-     Selection, interview & presentation of candidates matching our job offers.

-         Follow up of assignments, contact with clients and candidates, scheduling of appointments, posting job offers…

-         Depending on your experience you will be in charge of the complete fulfillment of a job offers portfolio.

Profile:

-         You have at least a bachelor degree and a first gained commercial experience.

-         Very good command of French and English, knowledge of German being a great asset.

-         You have a sound judgment, the tenacity and determination to complete challenging assignments, and the flexibility/adaptability required to be successful in a multi-task, entrepreneurial, team environment.

-         Strong willingness to invest yourself in a young & dynamic company, offering challenging opportunities to motivated staff, operating in a truly meritocratic environment where your hard work and results are recognized and rewarded.

-         Experience in banking & finance would be considered as an asset.
