Processing across multiple funds in relation to all core processes within Operations for a wide range of funds, including confirmation and instruction on FX trades, Equities and Fixed income trades, derivatives, cash postings, and instructions of cash payments to custodians.
  • Uploading and processing all transactions
  • Instructing cash payments, ensuring they are released to custodians to strict deadlines intra day
  • Monitoring and resolution of exceptions on fixed income, equities, futures, FX and derivatives trades
  • Monitoring, processing and resolution of exceptions on Corporate Actions (including SWAP resets)
  • Resolution of any reconciliation breaks
  • Monitoring and resolution of exceptions on daily pricing
  • Provide daily cash / position reporting to Fund Managers / Traders
  • Provision of MIS as appropriate
